Segundo dados da associação do setor, o número de pessoas que procuram esse tipo de modalidade &lt;strong&gt;cresceu quase 90%&lt;/strong&gt; nos últimos três anos e chegou a 430 mil clientes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:arial;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A &lt;strong&gt;vantagem do consórcio&lt;/strong&gt; em relação ao financiamento imobiliário é que o &lt;strong&gt;preço final do imóvel será menor&lt;/strong&gt;, já que não há cobrança de juros. Isso porque, em vez de um empréstimo, o consórcio funciona como uma espécie de poupança.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Nos últimos anos, o setor de consórcios conseguiu crescer, principalmente, graças aos segmentos de imóveis.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Um dos atrativos para o consórcio de  imóveis, em relação a outras modalidades, está na possibilidadede se &lt;strong&gt;utilizar o saldo do FGTS para dar lances&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#006600;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Financiamento Caro&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A assistente administrativa Silvana Gonçalves Monteiro e seu namorado, por exemplo, optaram pelo consórcio para trocar de apartamento.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ela disse que considerou &lt;strong&gt;“exorbitantes” os valores cobrados no financiamento&lt;/strong&gt; imobiliário tradicional e preferiu entrar no consórcio.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Silvana afirmou que pretende vender um apartamento do casal e utilizar parte do dinheiro para dar um lance de 25% do valor da carta de crédito, se não tivesse o apartamento iria utilizar o meu saldo do FGTS para ofertar o lance.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sem juros&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Em geral, um financiamento costuma ter uma prestação entre 40% e 45% mais cara que um consórcio, devido aos juros cobrados no período. “A vantagem do consórcio é sempre a questão dos juros”.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color:#009900;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Garantia&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;O consumidor deve ficar atento na hora de escolher a empresa de consórcio. Em primeiro lugar é preciso &lt;strong&gt;checar a idoneidade da empresa&lt;/strong&gt;, no site do Banco Central é possível saber mais sobre a regulamentação dos consórcios no país.
